Charities
As part of our commitment to environmental responsibility coupled with sound mortgage broking advice, we have decided to
donate 20% of our profits to environmental charities. The charities we have selected cover a variety of different areas,
and we believe that they do a lot of important work.
Listed below are our selected charities.
- Australian Marine Conservation Society
The Australian Marine Conservation Society is the voice for Australia's coasts and oceans. It works with local communities to protect ocean life and the habitats they call home
- Greening Australia
Greening Australia tackles critical issues like salinity, declining water quality, soil degradation, climate change and biodiversity loss through an innovative blend of practical experience, science and community engagement
- Australian Wildlife Conservancy
The Australian Wildlife Conservancy owns 18 sanctuaries covering 2,152,000 hectares around Australia. AWC sanctuaries protect at least 300 ecosystems, 100 threatened ecosystems, and 170 threatened animal species
- Bush heritage Australia
Bush heritage Australia owns and manages 30 reserves throughout Australia covering over 938,076 hectares. Over 2700 plant species, including at least 250 of conservation significance, and at least 532 bird and animal species, including 195 that are known to be threatened, are now protected on these reserves
- Foundation for National Parks and Wildlife
The Foundation for National Parks and Wildlife purchases land for conservation, funds threatened species recovery actions and involves the community in the conservation of Australia's natural and cultural heritage
